This workshop helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. The program provides an opportunity for participants to explore their destructive conflict responses and offers them a method for making more productive choices in their response to conflict. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, participants gain personalized techniques to curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, improving workplace relationships and results.

Increase the power of your conversation and accelerate your impact
The work of today’s leaders requires that they not only be trusted advisors, but that they also take on roles such as manager, mentor, teacher, leader, and coach. Managing an array of issues, developing talent, influencing change, and providing effective feedback can drain time and energy. Developing the skills and approaches that are most effective, and knowing when and how to apply them, is critical for individual and organizational success.
This program focuses on how busy leaders can build on their own communication and leadership styles to connect in more powerful ways with employees and team members at all levels, as well as with clients and colleagues. Everything DiSC Workplace® is a comprehensive, personalized communication development tool to engage every participant — regardless of title, position, or function — in building more productive and effective relationships.
Combining facilitated classroom training with online pre-work and follow-up tools, participants will experience a personalized learning experience that will help them to understand and appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values everyone brings to the group or workplace, and how they can learn to adapt to the style of others.
