Coaching
Are you curious about how you, your team, or your organization could grow, develop and have greater impact?
I offer three types of coaching programs: Professional & Leadership, Conflict Management, and Coaching for Lawyers and Leaders in Law. You can read more about each program area below and schedule a complimentary consultation to see if coaching is the right fit for your needs.
Coaching Process
Initial Consultation
Before starting, I will meet with you to assess your needs, and whether or not we’re a good fit. Based on our initial discussion, I will provide recommendations on length and frequency of engagement, and an overview of all fees. If you decide you are interested in coaching with me, I will ask you to complete a discovery form which will help me to get to know your strengths, values, challenges, and goals.
Scheduling Coaching Sessions
After a signed contract is in place, sessions are scheduled as much in advance as possible. For most clients, I recommend 60-minute sessions held two or three times a month by online video session.
Goal Setting and Planning
In our first session, I will be eager to learn more about you and your goals and desired outcomes, so we can create a roadmap to track your progress. If new challenges or goals come up, we can address these during sessions, schedule extra time, or adjust the roadmap as needed.
