I work with people who want to make a change, who want to move forward, who want to feel happier, stronger, and more fulfilled in their careers and in their lives, but who aren’t sure how to make that happen.
I’ve been there. I’ve felt uncertain, frustrated, overwhelmed, and stuck. I’ve wanted to grow, change, and better myself with no idea of where to start.
I became a lawyer more than 20 years ago and worked in both private and government legal practice. I’ve also worked in management and leadership capacities both within the justice system and in other organizations. I’ve led teams of 2 to 275, and I’ve worked with all kinds of people facing all kinds of challenges.
Throughout my experience I learned a lot, failed a lot, improved a lot, and succeeded a lot. Along the way I began to discover joy and purpose in my work. I started to make the right decisions and developed great strategies to guide me through challenges and towards opportunities.
One of the most important things I learned is that my true calling is to help others succeed at transformations in their day-to-day work and in their career trajectories.Whether people identify as professionals, leaders, or something else, my mission is to bring out the best of you.
I trained as a Certified Executive Coach so I could turn “I want to help people become their best, but I don’t know how,” into, “I help people become their best.”
